Rule 74
Conditions related to amendment
When submitting an amendment proposal in relation to a proposal, the following conditions must be followed:-
(a) Not to contradict the principle of the original proposition,
(b) Be related to the subject of the original proposal,
(c) must not conflict with decisions already taken by the meeting, and
(d) Should give a clear meaning.

(1) In the following cases, the Bill shall be removed from the register:-
